Prime Rib and Salmon Dinner

On December 23, we served  Prime Rib and Salmon En’ Crout with a Lemon Thyme Bur Blanc. This translates to salmon with a spinach mousse, wrapped in a pastry dough and then baked and finished with a lemon thyme butter wine sauce. Served along side this amazing entree was the choice between baked potatoes or roasted garlic mashed potatoes , asparagus, home made dinner rolls. For dessert? We served Bananas Fosters. Talk about a meal for a king! Everyone loved it! We had a great time and the residents and families seemed to enjoy everything.
