MVP in Action
Noticing opportunities, big and small, to create joy for residents is one way we fulfill our mission. Team members have the freedom and access to use MVP in Action Funds to purchase an item or create experiences that make residents smile and feel special.
Take-out from a resident’s favorite lunch spot, a new pair of cozy slippers, and art supplies for Vilma, who was ready to reclaim her inner artist. Every week team members share and celebrate their MVP in Action stories with the entire organization.
