MVP action fund
Rooted in Purpose
Fernley Estates is more than a senior living community, it’s part of a larger, purpose driven mission through Mission Senior Living. From the very beginning, we’ve believed that genuine senior living is about people, compassion, and connection, not just care and compliance.
In 2019, Mission Senior Living introduced the Team Member Relief Fund, a privately managed program supported by donations from team members and leadership. Since its creation, the fund has provided more than $144,000 in assistance to over 2,200 employees, offering help during times of unexpected hardship, from medical emergencies to home repairs.
Each team member also has access to the MVP Action Fund, $50 they can use at their discretion to bring joy to a resident’s day. Whether it’s surprising someone with their favorite treat, a comforting gift, or a simple act of kindness, these thoughtful gestures create the moments that make life at Fernley Estates truly special.

With chef prepared meals, engaging wellness programs, and compassionate team members available around the clock, residents can focus on what matters most, living each day with comfort, connection, and joy.
The Memory Care neighborhood at Fernley Estates provides a secure, compassionate environment designed for individuals living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory related conditions. Residents enjoy private suites, comforting routines, and 24 hour support from experienced, caring professionals. Through personalized activities, shared meals, and moments of meaningful engagement, every resident experiences a sense of dignity, comfort, and belonging each day.
